City of Jourdanton is currently using the 2006 International Building Code, 2005 Electrical Code and 2015 Plumbing Code. If you have any questions please contact City Hall.
All contractors must be registered with the city.
Residential Permit/Commercial Permit -
The minimum building setback lines are 25 ft. from the front property line, 10 ft. from the rear and 5 ft. on each side.
