City of Jourdanton- TCEQ- “Superior” System

City of Jourdanton Mayor Williams reported: Today, the City Manager received a communication from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) based on a complaint investigated- July 11, 2022- November 23, 2022 “to evaluate compliance with applicable requirements for public water supply. No violations are alleged as a result of the investigation.”

Mayor Williams commented the TCEQ letter in part states: “At this time, your public water supply continues to merit recognition as a “Superior” system.

Mayor Williams added: “The City of Jourdanton continues to receive technical support from the Nueces River Authority to ensure a quality public water supply for the citizens of our city.”
