How Can I Keep Track of My Water Use

A Water Utility app will be available by April 8, 2023 to help you monitor your own water usage to determine if a leak on your side of the property may have increased your bill. Any water leaks between the meter and the street don’t affect your own water bill use. To date our Accurate Meter System indicates about 1 out of 100 meters may have a leak on the customer side.

A water meter vendor provided water utility app- My Water Advisor 2.0- will be available on Saturday April 8, 2023 to help you monitor your own water usage to determine if a leak on your side of the property may have increased your bill.

Copies of bills are charged 10 cents per page per Attorney General rules.
