Water bills are due on the 12th of every month before 3 p.m.
Unpaid bills will receive a late fee of 10% and are due on the 22nd of every month before 3 p.m. to avoid an additional $30 reconnect fee.
Disconnects are done on the 23rd of every month.
Payment received before 3:00 p.m. on the 23rd will be reconnected same day.
Payments received after 3:00 p.m. will be reconnected next business day. (Ordinance 725)
New bills are sent out the last business day of the month.
